Good Morning Randy

I realize you meet a lot of people at your seminars. I was the guy on Saturday at your Sarasota event who, before the meeting, said that I thought you were doing God’s work on earth bringing land trust knowledge to the ordinary person.

The example you gave that resonated with me is the one where a shopping center (I believe Illinois) was owned by you and a partner and put in trust in 1985.

Years later the partner had 32 million dollars in liens in Florida and creditors tried to go after the shopping center as an asset– even though you had nothing to do with the partner’s ensuing investments. The shopping center was saved from the creditors because it was in a land trust.
