Hi everybody. This is Mr. Land Trust. And I appreciate you coming to my website.
I know you're looking for information and there's a lot of free information on my website, but I thought I'd do a quick video for you just to cover two main points I think are probably the reason why you came to the website.
Point number one is, why should you use a Land Trust? Why is it to your benefit? And I give you a lot of good answers in the course material, but the primary reason is for privacy of ownership.
Uh . . . this day and age things are just kind of screwy in our legal system and there are a lot of people out there that don't want to work hard like you do, building an estate in real estate. They just want to sue somebody that's already built an estate.
And so just by not owning this stuff in your name will help you avoid a whole lot of problems as you build your career.
Now this is my 50th year in the business. So I got a few ideas here that might help you I think, and have helped me over the years.
So why you should do it primarily is going to be privacy of ownership. There are a lot of other benefits that I teach in the course material. In fact, probably about 50 reasons to use a trust, but I've found most people realize that the main benefit is privacy of ownership.
The second thing you want to consider is well, how do I do this? "Can I do this", you may be asking yourself. Is it too complicated? Are there a lot of forms?
So, number one, they're not a lot of forms, and the forms that you do need are all provided for you in this course, so you don't need to buy anything else. There's no upselling. Uh . . . you just get everything you need in this one course.

Hi everybody. This is Mr. Land Trust®. And I'm here to talk to you today about a very unique concept that hardly anybody in the United States is doing today in the real estate investment business, and I think it will make you and your business stand out and make you a lot of extra money and that is options.
Now, you've come to my website you're looking at perhaps my option course and you're wondering "What are real estate options?" Well, you're probably familiar with leasing with an option to buy or maybe selling or renting with an option to buy to tenants. And that's okay and I do I do cover that extensively in my option course, but here's a concept that I think you'll find very interesting and that is buying a pure option. No tenant. No lease. No toilets. No liability. No management. Just a pure option.
So let's just take a rough example. Now the average home price in my town for example is $200,000. So if I had purchased a option to buy this $200,000 house a year ago . . . for let's say, $2,000. And the house went up our houses last year in my area went up 10%, so if the house goes up 10% in one year that's $20,000 in the increase.
Now I paid two thousand for the option, okay, so that makes me an $18,000 profit.
That is a pure option. And what's really cool about pure options is you can buy them using any need that people have for money. Let's say they need, uh, a new roof, uh, new windows, uh, a new driveway. Their concrete's breaking up. Their car broke down, uh, their kids going to college and they need extra money.
There are a million reasons why people need money and you can supply the money for an option to buy their house.
That's a great concept, just one of many I teach in that option course, so grab that option course, it'll make you money because you have no competition. Nobody's doing this.
