1-In your steps to creating a Landtrust page you instruct us to: Print out the Basic Land Trust Agreement (6.0) version from your forms USB, download, or directly from the Land Trust University. To join the University the student must buy a course package, but not just a book? Or a just a seperate ‘ala-cart’ fee for the University?
2- I have built revocable Trusts before, I need to also get a template for a irrevocable trust that I have to build to put other Trusts in; do you have any suggestions for where I could go to get that done? Thanks.

2- Regarding Revocable Trust Agreements, typically they are more sophisticated than a regular Grantor Revocable Trust and often times have to file their own tax return. They also pay the highest possible tax rate on money left inside the trust each year. I would suggest finding an experienced attorney to draft your irrevocable trust and try to use NV, OH, AK law as the situs.
