Thank you for asking that question. It is necessary to enroll you in the LTU so you can receive all the benefits of the membership for FREE the first three months. However, you can terminate your membership at any time during the three months or monthly thereafter. As a member you receive my bi-monthly newsletter (I am the only person writing a Land Trust newsletter for real estate investors), monthly Coaching Calls, new forms I invent, forms I update, a listing of Land Trust Friendly Insurance companies AND lenders, and a whole lot more! I encourage to get all you can out of the LTU during your free period (download it all), then decide if you want to remain a member after your 3-month experience. Make sense?
