I have an LLC and a warranty deed in the property name on a rental property would I have to dissolve both to get a land trust or could I keep the warranty deed and still get the the land trust?

Gilbert, I assume you mean you have a Deed in the name of your LLC that is the Owner of record?

Gilbert, let me make sure i understand your question. You have an LLC that owns a property via a warranty deed and you want to know if you can use a Land Trust to hold the title instead of the LLC?
Assuming this is your question, the answer is YES. You would deed out of the LLC and into the land trust making the LLC the Beneficary of the land trust. This would give you privacy of ownership and the asset protection of the LLC
