My question is, what is the difference between LT & Assets Protection Trust?

People argue about the Trustee’s liability. It is believed that if a trustee has control over the assets, then this person can be liable. Some recommend having a trust protector appointed for additional protection and flexibility. Others advise forming an offshore trust.

Based on your experience, what is the most efficient Trust model to have asset protection, wealth generation, and anonymity?
