In the Trust Agreement, I only see one section for Acknowledgement of the Beneficiary’s signature being notarized.
Does the Trustees signature not need to be notarized, he/she just needs to sign it? Or do we need to add another Acknowledgement page for the Trustee’s signature?
Thank you.

Kelly, technically, the Trust Agreement is a contract and therefore does not have to be notarized. However, i always tell my students to get either the Trustee, the Beneficiary, or both signatures notarized to give the instrument more validity. If you are using my TA it has a notary block for one signature OR a notary block for 2 people at the end of the document.

Thank you. I am using yours, I think I was just confused that the 2 acknowledgment pages were for 2 beneficiaries….we did have both signatures notarized
This so very helpful. We know after we do the first one all the rest will be so much easier.
