Hello, I’m writing this to ask the question if Land Trusts are allowed in Pennsylvania? I’ve heard Ron Legrand recommend holding title to each residential investment property in its own Land Trust, but unfortunately it seems Im getting conflicting opinions from each attorney that I ask and even Ron himself has said in the past that Pennsylvania makes it too onerous to do a Land Trust in Pennsylvania  and to take title in a LLC but he never specifically said why it is so onerous.  I live in Pennsylvania and am starting my journey in real estate investment and want to start correctly from the start.

My main questions are is there an annual fee, tax return or checking account needed for Land Trusts in Pennsylvania (or any other state)?
