The student goes beyond the Land Trusts Made Simple® home study courses when they subscribe to the Land Trust University.

The LTU is updated regularly with fresh content. For example, Mr. Land Trust® hosts a Monthly LIVE Training session for all active subscribers. He then archives the recording of every call in the LTU. Students may listen to or watch recordings going back more than 13 years.

LTU student subscribers have more resources available to them, like bi-monthly (every other month) newsletters and bonus forms.

Together, the information and resources in the LTU make it easy for students to be the most sophisticated, savvy, and profitable real estate investors among their peers.
