Hello everybody. This is Mr. Land Trust®, and I’m gonna be your, your speaker for your October meeting, and I’m gonna be there to answer all your questions about the many benefits of using a Trust to hold title to your real estate.

We’ll talk the whole evening about these benefits on October 10th for your general meeting.

And then I’m gonna come back on the 14th, uh, and do an all-day training. Uh, teach you all different ways of making money in this business.

And we’ll also fill out and you will complete your first Trust Agreement, uh, for that day. Uh, so you’ll get a feeling in of the experience of it and you’ll realize how easy it is to do this.

But That’s Not All!

So I’ll also talk about asset protection techniques, using your children to protect your assets, uh, using options to protect your assets. So lots of different techniques I’ve learned over the last 52 years in the house business.

So I look forward to meeting you all personally.

Please come to both meetings. You’re gonna learn a lot. Uh, bring your spouse, your significant other, bring your attorney, your accountant, uh, bring all those folks because it’s important that they all understand what you’re doing and how you’re doing it.
