Hello, all you South Jersey REIA members!

This is Mr. Land Trust. And I want to talk to you about Training Day! Yes! I’m coming to back to your city to do an all-day training about Trusts, privacy and asset protection, and a whole lot more.

The Training Day is going to be on June 3rd.

And we’re going to do an all-day training starting, we’ll register at 8:30, we’ll start at 9:00, and we’ll go to three or four o’clock, depending on your questions.

But it’s going to be an all-day training, and you’re gonna leave that training session having formed your first Trust. Isn’t that cool?

So, make sure you get signed up for this. It’s gonna be a great day. I’m gonna answer all your questions.

And not only you’re gonna form that first Trust, but we’re going to talk about things that I’ve learned in over 50 years as a full-time real estate investor. Different techniques using options, using contracts, all kinds of unique ways to make money in this business.

And we’re going to use the Trust, we’re going to mingle them together here, so that Trust will help protect these assets as we acquire them.

So please mark your calendar for June 3rd. Put it . . . mark that whole day off because it’s going to be a great day for you to learn how to make more money and protect that money in this business.

Charlie & Diana R., All-day Training Students

Hello, we’re Charlie and Diana R. from California and we just attended Randy Hughes’ seminar, uh, on asset protection and Land Trusts. And he answered a lot of our questions.

We’ve been in real estate, and a lot of the things that were answered were under the radar. You don’t get this from anybody.

So, I think, we think, it was, uh, very worthwhile.

A lot in a one-day seminar. [Charlie: Yeah.] And I think it’s going to help us not only for our own individual needs now, but also for our family and generations to come.

We discussed Land Trusts. We discussed LLCs and our living trust.

And basically making the connection of how best to utilize each of those in order to be protected. So I would highly recommend it. What about you?
